Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellations

We understand that plans can change, and you may need to cancel your order. However, please note the following conditions:

  • Prepaid Orders: Once a prepaid order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled or modified. If you'd like to cancel a prepaid order before dispatch, a cancellation fee will apply. This fee will cover the payment gateway commission and any shipping costs incurred, which will be deducted from your refund.

  • Non-Dispatched Orders: If your order has not yet been dispatched, you may cancel it without any charges. Simply contact our customer service at support@ombrebliss.com to process your cancellation request.

Important Note:

  • Cancellation requests for dispatched orders will not be entertained.
  • Refunds for canceled prepaid orders (minus any applicable fees) will be processed within 7 business days.


Return & Replacement Policy

Our return policy is valid for 5 days from the date of delivery and applies only to first-time orders of 100ml perfume bottles. Each order is limited to one unit.

If you'd like to request a replacement, it can only be for another 100ml perfume bottle of a different fragrance. Refunds are not available for consecutive orders, but you may opt for a replacement of equal value.

We cover the shipping costs for returns and exchanges of 100ml bottles. Please ensure that the product's packaging, including the outer carton, is intact to qualify for a return. If the packaging is damaged or discarded, we will be unable to honor the return or replacement request, and the product will be returned at your expense.

If the perfume has been used beyond 10 sprays or 2ml (whichever is less), we cannot process a return or replacement. Misuse of our return policy is a legal offense, and non-compliance with these guidelines will result in the product being shipped back at the customer’s expense.

Refunds for eligible orders will be initiated within 24 hours after the return is received and passes our quality check process.


Additional Return Conditions

  • Returns are valid only for purchases made on our website. Orders from third-party platforms are not eligible.
  • An unboxing video is required for any return request due to tampered or damaged products.
  • If you receive a tampered or damaged product, notify us within 24 hours with photos or videos to process your exchange promptly.
  • International orders and prepaid orders that have been dispatched cannot be canceled or refunded. Any cancellations of prepaid orders will incur gateway and shipping fees, deducted from the total refund.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please submit a return request here. Once approved, we will schedule a reverse pickup. Return shipments may take longer than forward shipments.

You’ll be notified once the product is received, and your refund will be processed within 7 business days. Replacement requests are limited to three times per order, with no further alterations allowed.
